God's vision and goals are a bit different than most of us realize.  He is not so concerned with our daily comfort as with our eternity and our general attitude.  It would seem that many are in shock and denial as to the extent of the damage as though we, in America, should somehow be exempt from suffering.  This is different that the Twin Towers tragedy.  Then we could rally behind the flag and go hunt the villians.  Here, we can only help as we are able, cling to Jesus and cry Mercy, Lord!
