Right now, as I am typing this, there are over 100,000 people swarming the city of Pittsburgh in celebration and 2 of my kids are there.  A waste of time?  For some, sure ... But let me ask you this ... Is anything that can unite a population this large, across religious differencies, across racial lines, across socio-economic stratus a waste?  It is a phenomenon I've never witnessed.  "More than just a team, it's a way of life!"  Right now, we are one people, united in the black & gold, and I think it's a GREAT thing!    Like I said before, football has become our identity, and I don't think that's  bad thing.
