1. For those whose argument for abortion is because many can't afford more children, check out the facts! The majority (38%) of abortions in America are in households with incomes between $30k - $60k.
2. For those who argue for the 'right' of a women who is a victim of rape or incest to have a legal abortion, less than 1% of the 3700 daily abortions in America fall into this category, and only 6% are for medical reasons. Very few Pro-life supporters are opposed to either of these categories.
3. An estimated 43% of all women will have at least 1 abortion by the time they are 45 years old. 47% of all abortions are performed on women who have had at least one previous abortion.
Over the last few decades, some reasonable limitations had been placed on who, when, how, and with whose money abortions in the US could be performed, according to state policy. With a single stroke of the Presidential pen Friday, years of progress were erased, and the value of human life in America plunged.
